Request to Enable Podcasts in Sri Lanka

Hello Spotify Team,

In this episode, I speak very openly and honestly about my life journey of Domestic Violence and Coercive control, the cultural rules I’ve had to navigate, and the changes I want to see in the world and in my home country, Sri Lanka.

Unfortunately, podcasts are still not available in Sri Lanka on Spotify. This means that people in my community—and the wider Sri Lankan audience—cannot access this kind of content, which could spark vital conversations and bring healing, education, and inspiration.

I respectfully request that Spotify prioritise enabling podcasts in Sri Lanka. Many of us here are eager to engage with global content, while also contributing our own voices and stories to the wider world through Spotify’s platform.
