Suggest podcast episode to podcast hosts

I'd like to recommend an idea for an episode that is directly in-line with a podcast I regularly listen to, but I don't know how to contact the podcast hosts in order to suggest it.

Hello, you can always reach out to them by mailing them but who do you speak of? You can also try and find their user name and or join the discord server that they have made or part of. I hope you find this helpful, and I wish you the beast of luck doing it!
