When will The Joe Rogan Experience podcast have a video option in my region (Kenya)?

It's been 4 yesrs since The Joe Rogan Experience podcast moved to Spotify, taking away the option to view the podcast in video format, I'm wondering when it'lll be available in my region (Kenya).

I think people in my region have been patient enough and I don't understand why it's taking this long to make the video option available not just for this podcast, but for any podcast that offers a video option.

Can we get some constructive feedback and timelines?
