Where do I find or create Spotify podcasters RSS link?

I followed the guide:

On web:

1. Click Settings then Availability.
2. Scroll down to RSS Distribution to see your RSS feed.
   Note: If you haven’t enabled your feed yet, you’ll see the option to do so here.

But I can not find it. Nor can I ENABLE anything. It just isn't there. I tried with my mobile also. Same result.

I want to share my podcast from Spotify to apple.
