Address confirmation for family plan

Hi, I subscribed to the family plan last month, everything works fine until last week. Members of Mine received address confirmation email and asking for the post code of the address. One week after that, they were all removed and became free user. Noted that I live in Hong Kong and there is no post code for Hong Kong, so it's just 0000. But it resulted in a fail confirmation. I sent two emails asking for help in last few week, but I received no feedback, price for the next month was charged. Any help can be provided? Or I just paying the family for myself alone? Thanks.
