Agregue un miembro al plan familiar pero le sigue saliendo que se pase a premium

My Question or Issue

Compre un plan familiar, agregue a mi esposa al plan, ella acepto la invitacion e inicio sesion pero le sigue saliendo el boton de obtener premium y cuando hace click en el le pide que se pase a premium. Ya se deslogueo e inicio sesion varias veces y no se arregla.
