Alexa hacked now won’t play acdc even after resetting Alexa

Alexa plays all tracks except anything by acdc, before and after it was hacked or whatever went wrong. It played horror music of Spotify to my other speakers aswell when it had the bug ( Not Alexa speaker) soundbars aswell.
It’s been reset (Alexa) but still won’t play Acdc even though it says it’s playing it off Spotify, any ideas???

Thanks for the post.

It's possible that ac/dc was blocked for your account. To undo this, go to the Mobile app and open the ac/dc artist page > Click the 3-dot menu and unblock them by clicking the big Red button.
