Can't add Family members

Hi, I have successfully upgraded my premium account to family account, and my girlfriend, who lives with me, has opened a new account. Then I sent her an invitation to my family account and she got an email as expected, but when she accepted it the page turned blank, as if she was being redirected to a page which could not load. I have tried twice to cancel the invitation and start all over but had no luck. How can we sort this out?

Similar problem. When my wife accepts the invitation it directs her to a normal log-in screen
