My Question or Issue

I created a Premium Family account and when asked for my home address I only had to put down the country and zip code (only those two came up, no street name or city)

When my husband wants to join he has to put down the street name and city aswell. Even if he puts down our address with obviously the same zip code and country as me it won’t allow him to join the plan. I can’t add my street name or city to my profil. What can we do?

After you sign up for the Premium for Family plan, you won't be able to update your address anymore, and/or have access to it. In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify customer support as they can take a look backstage. You can reach out to them here
