Can't register Family plan (payment error)

I have tried to register for Spotify Family Plan using Virtual Credit Card (about 200 USD inside) from 2 different banks but still not working. I have also tried these things, but still, it still fails. Any suggestion?

in addition: i also tried to register using my credit card, but still, it is failed

Did you make sure your payment card meets all of the requirements in the article you sent over? If you're unsure, reach out to your bank to be sure. 

For now, you can try signing up using an incognito window to see if it helps.
