Changing billing info

I need to change my billing info, but the new information is not being saved.  I have a premium account, but every time I try to update my billing information, the website keeps trying to make me put in student identification information for a student subscription.  I no longer have a student subscription and have not for over a year.  I have been paying the rate for a premium subscription for a while.  How can I update my billing information and get it to save?

That's odd. Can you try again but from a computer using an incognito window? Also, could you check the steps here?
