Charged twice per month

Hi I was trying to get a premium membership but something went wrong and I couldn't upload any file to system but Spotify charged me 2 months of payment from my debit card and I still don't have any premium membership. Please help and give my money.

First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day?

If you received multiple charges from Spotify on the same day, and this is the first time that it has happened, then there are two possible explanations. The first is that one of the charges you are seeing is a pre-authorization charge. Usually the pre-auth charge is a smaller charge and it should get dropped within a few business days on its own.
If, however, the charge is not a pre-auth, then it’s possible that upon subscribing the confirmation button was hit more than once fast enough to allow a second transaction to go through. No worries, this second charge will just get added onto your account as if you "pre-paid" for an extra month. You can confirm this by visiting your subscription page and checking that your renewal date is ~2 months out.
