Family Subscription Doesn’t work for everyone

I have family subscription connected to my spotify premium for 5 people (counting myself) and it works only for 4 of them. One person can’t connect even after the invite is sent and she’s put all of the information. It just sends her a message that she can’t connect to this exact family pack. We don’t know why is that because it works for other 4 people but her. The information is right and everything is paid already. Maybe someone can explain the problem and help solving it? Thank you!

Do they have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? They can also try joining using a different device to see if it makes a difference.

I have a worst problem: I sent invitations to my wife and daughter and none of them have been able to use it. When they accept the invitation, they are sent to the account directly with no further instructions. What can we do?

Let's make sure your family members are logged in to their personal Spotify accounts here before accepting the invite you sent.

 

They should be prompted to enter the home address to join the plan.
