Family member NOT getting email invite

Family member NOT getting email invite

I've been trying to send my daughter an invitation to join the family plan for three weeks now.  I've tried many things- resending the invite (multiple times), deleting her invite then re-entering her information, having her check email **bleep**, having her update her account/new password- she receives emails from Spotify- ads, password reset- but has not gotten ANYTHING about joining family plan.  

 

We've tried 20+ times to get this working by ourselves but have had no luck.  

 

Anyone have a solution?

We'd recommend checking if she received the email on her Spam or junk folder. Also, you can ask your daughter to change her email by following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/article/change-email-address/ and send the invite again.
