Family members cannot access spotify premium for family

Family members cannot access spotify premium for family

When my family members click to accept the invitation, they get a message saying they cannot be included in the plan because they are already a member of this or other family plan.  How can that be??  And then the corresponding slot says INVITE SENT, but it cannot be activated because of the message received when the members click on ACCEPT INVITATION.  Please somebody help!  We have been paying 8.99 for months now without being able to use the plan.

@SPOTIFYTEAM you need improve clarity in the instructions on adding family members in PREMIUM FOR FAMILY.  NOWHERE DOES IT SAY THAT THE FAMILY MEMBERS MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT THAT WORKS FOR FREE.  IT´S been literally months until we can finally figure it out after reading comments everywhere.

I have the same problem.

Mother is the owner of premium for family.

Father has succesfully joined.

2 children is IMPOSSIBLE. We registrated 30 times without success.

Always receive the same answer "It is impossible to join family plan. We couldn´t verified that you live in the same address than family plan owner...."

All problems began when Spotify wanted to check that all members live in the same address. They DIDN'T MAKE IT RIGHT.

We are paying without having access!!!!!!!!!!!!!
