I payed for spotify family premium in a country i dont live and now my family dont have access, what can i do?

when you access your spotify account online, you should be able to take them off of your account or you could just change your billing to premium and their's would transfer to free accounts so they can create their own family or premium accounts. i'm assuming they still live there without you, sorry if this doesn't help
