Help I'm not getting my money back p

So I paid for family premium and I canceled it after the first day because I went a cheaper route and it won't give me my money back , it's been a week now and I'm this close to just deleting my Spotify and giving it a bad review, someone please help?! , 14.99 has been wasted 😞

The system does not automatically issue any kind of refund if you cancel your subscription on the first day. 🙂
