Hi spotify team,

sorry for my bad english but I have problem with my premium account.

I buy it and it isnt working, I dont know why, I have it on my iPad Mini 2 with iOS 9.3.5.

Please, I need help ....

Hey @evžánek,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
