I can't play my favorite podcast

I joined family premium last night. Now I can't play my favorite podcast: We Can Do Hard Things. It shows me the playlist. I have clicked on new and older content. It just scrolls the title banner and does not play anything on a phone or laptop. Other podcasts and music still play. All devices have been turned on and off. The only difference is the premium account.

Would you mind letting us know if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can help remove any cache that might be causing trouble. 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version you're currently running?
