I'm trying to block explicit material but can't click on children's names.

I'm on family premium, I get my children's names up, but nothing happens when I click on their names. I'm also wanting to briefly see what they're listening to.

As a first step, we'd suggest restarting your device and logging out and back in. If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app as described here.
