Inviting new family members

I am having a problem when trying to add in a new family member to my premium family plan. When I enter in their information I receive an error message that says the following, "Please match the requested format" even though the email was filled in correctly. I am not sure if this helps but I had created my account using Facebook and using Google Chrome. I have tried Firefox but that does not work as well.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was there any resolution to this? I'm having the same problem.

An update - the fix for me was to enter the email address in lower case (I found a link to a support chat function)
