Los datos de mi cuenta familiar no son correctos

  1. Intento agregar a mis familiares pero me sale que la dirección no es correcta, el primer mes anduvo muy bien y este mes me hicieron el descuento del pago y me desconectaron todas las cuentas y ahora no se pueden enlazar, alguien me puede auudar?, Que puedo hacer?

I hope you don't mind me replying in English. The community is supported in English at the moment.

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address as stated on the T&Cs.

 

If your family members can't validate the address used by the plan owner, they're removed from the plan. If they don't live in the same address as you, they can get the regular Premium subscription here.

Me acaban de mandar un mail con esa misma notificación, sobre los miembros del plan familiar, sin embargo todos estamos aquí en este domicilio, no entiendo.
