Not able to join Premium for Family group

Recently some of my dependent members lost the access to the group, after resending the invitation they get messages like "not able to join".

Well, this is the rule of the game. If don't agree you are welcome to look
for an other service provider.
My problem was resolved, I had a quick conversation with the support trough
a chat and we verified that my wife was entering the wrong address.
Apparently when spotify can not validate somebody's address it flags the
user to avoid fraud. That's why I was able to validate her account even
entering the right address, the attendant removed the flag from her user
and I was able to set up properly.

Hey @Jajaweed, welcome to the community!

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address to join, as stated on the T&Cs.

If your family members couldn't verify the address used by the owner, they're removed from the plan and won't be able to join.

However, they can still get Premium for their own accounts.

All the best.

Honestly - thats the most IDIOTIC idea spotify could ever come up with. Some families live apart you know ! My wife and I are separated, so my kids only live with me every other week, does that not make them my FAMILY, meaning i cannot add them on a family plan ?

Absurd !
