Recently some of my dependent members lost the access to the group, after resending the invitation they get messages like "not able to join".

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address to join, as stated on the T&Cs.
If your family members couldn't verify the address used by the owner, they're removed from the plan and won't be able to join.
However, they can still get Premium for their own accounts.

Honestly - thats the most IDIOTIC idea spotify could ever come up with. Some families live apart you know ! My wife and I are separated, so my kids only live with me every other week, does that not make them my FAMILY, meaning i cannot add them on a family plan ?
