Paid for premium but still not updated on my account

My wife paid for premium duo over a week ago and my account still doesn't recieve the benefits of premium

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend telling her to check her account's Receipts page to see if there's one for this recent purchase. She should've also received an email if the purchase was successful.
