My Question or Issue

The plan manager for my family account has forgotten her account details and cannot login. How can she login or get a different account? She doesn't even know her email address.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

Please, make sure that the plan manager follows all the relevant steps provided in this support article in order to be able to log in again. 

 

I hope it helps! 

She does not have access to her email account so she cannot do these steps. Could you change her account details to a different email address?

She can follow the steps provided under the Don’t have access to your account’s email address? part. You can find there a contact form to a customer support and they'll be happy to update all the necessary details for you.
