We have had an ongoing issue where dispute inviting seperate members to the account 3 of the 5 members can’t use Spotify at the same time. Any idea how can I fix this?

In such a case, they're very likely using the same account to listen to music. I recommend making sure that they're all using their own accounts 🙂
