Premium Spotify says I’m in the wrong country, but my country is USA

Premium Spotify says I’m in the wrong country, but my country is USA

Spotify says I’m in the wrong country, but my country is USA in account and that’s where I am. I am on a family premium account. Why is it not letting me listen to music and thinks I’m in a different country? I haven’t recently traveled either.

In this case, in order to better understand what you kindly mentioned, we'd like to gather additional info:

  • Does this happen across all your devices?
  • Please send us the make/model and OS of the affected device(s).
  • Please send us a screenshot of the error you see. Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info in the screenshot you'll send us.
  • Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update?
