Problems on Premium for Family

Problems on Premium for Family

I am currently subscribed to Premium for Family. On the payment date, I was notified that my debit card details failed so I have to update my payment details and pay with my other debit card. I have successfully paid and got back to Premium again. Unfortunately, my brother was taken out of the list and was converted to Spotify Free. I tried to add him again with a new email invite for Premium for Family but always fails. Even if he is entering the same valid address. How can we address this issue?? I am started to be pissed out.
