Problems to join Family Premium

Problems to join Family Premium

Hello!!

Yesterday my mother created a family premium account and just invited me to join it. When I click on the link in my mail, I have to register myself with my name and adress (which is the same as my mother). However, I get a message telling me “600- Oops something went wrong! Try again later” and I can’t join it.

 

Besides, my family and my home adress is in Belgium, and I’m currently studying in Portugal. Does it matter? How can I solve that?

 

Can you please help me?

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must share the same physical address. This error is because the country your Spotify account is registered to doesn't match the country on your mother's Spotify account.

 

If you're not living together, you can still get the regulat Premium subscription.
