I can't remove a member of my Family plan! It's saying that some error occours.

Hi @Jp_Lopes, welcome to the Community! Sorry you're having trouble, let's see what we can do.  

Can you try logging out of your account, then logging back in and trying again? I'd also like you to try doing the same process on a different device and/or browser.  If possible, try this on a computer, using Chrome or Safari or Firefox, something different than what you used in those screenshots (which, by the way, are super helpful - thanks for sharing!).  Try those, and hopefully you'll have that account removed from your plan in no time.
