So Done with Spotify!!!

I upgaded my subrsription to spoitfy family but none of my family can gain access!!! No one helps. Support is terrifble and I am 1 day away from canceling entirely!!! Does anyone have any advice on how other members can actually get going when they have a have some sort of strange account pin that doesnt actually do anything???? Telling all my friends not to do this.

I'm so sorry to that you are having this problem.  I highly recommend that you tweet @spotifycares as they are very fast with the turn around on issues.   Lets get you up and running good again.

The other option is to contact them via this link: Contact Spotify Support (Banking/Subscription).
