Spotify family plan

I recently got kicked off a family plan and they have sent me the email to log back on and it won’t work. We reside at the same address and idk what to do???

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

Just to confirm, do you see an error message when trying to join your family member's invitation? If so, it'd be helpful if you could let us know.

 

We'd also suggest asking your plan's owner to resend the invitation. Once you've received it, you can try opening it in an incognito or private window in your browser.
