Traveling, unable to share my family plan with my family

Hi, I've recently gone on a work trip where I'm working remotely. My credit card expired during this trip and I've re-upgraded to a family plan. However, my family is no longer able to join us even though they've entered in our home address. It seems like Soptify has now created an invite link in the country that I've re-upgraded (Portugual). Please help!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I'd recommend making sure that your payment method has been issued in your home country. Also, you should be able to invite your family members to your plan once you're back home again (as long as the country setting matches on all accounts).
