Upgrading from premium to family plan

I have a premium plan through my cell phone provider. I want to upgrade to family premium but they don't offer that. I don't want to cancel my premium account to set up a family plan and loose my playlist. I just want to upgrade.

Hey @dblewissr!

As your Spotify subscription was set up through your cell phone provider, they're managing your subscription rather than Spotify. Please contact them to cancel your current subscription. Once your account reverts to Free you'll be able to upgrade to Premium for Family here: spotify.com/family.
