Why is Spotify stating I cannot add a family member due to country restrictions?

Hi guys,

 

I'm simply trying to add my Mum to my premium family account.

She doesnt have an account prior - I set one up. Set it to UK, mine is set to UK.

I've copied and pasted the link for the code. 

 

Once logged into my Mums account, click add code [also doing the captcha task], it then comes up with an error message similar to below [this is not verbatim]:

 

"Sorry, we cannot add this user to the premium family subscription as your account has to be based in the country of origin of the family account".

 

Both accounts origins are showing as UK?

 

How can this be resolved so that Mum joins the plan?

 

Any help would be greatly appeciated!
