difficulty in managing premium family account

difficulty in managing premium family account

I have premium for family and i cannot add or remove family members.  I have followed instructions and the page is blank, no details come up.  I don't know if this is factor but all the family members deleted their welcome email without accepting membership.  I am trying to resend but have found it impossible.  Can someone help please.  Thankyou

Don't worry, this happens sometimes. Please try to open the family subscription page with different browser or by using incognito/private mode in your current one. Sometimes there is a problem with browser cache or cookies and this usually fixes it.
