I was kicked out of our family subscription even though I'm part of the family. I got an email to confirm but it still didn't work. Please help me I can't stand a second without music.

Would you mind letting us know if you receive any errors when trying to accept the invite?
We'd also suggest asking for a new one and opening that from an incognito browser session to see if that makes a difference.
