Solved!! I can't upgrade from Premium Individual to Premium Duo.

I would like to upgrade my Premium Individual account to a Premium Duo account. However, in My Spotify account I can only change to Premium Student or to Spotify Free. Why do I have this problem and how to upgrade to Duo anyway?
