My Question or Issue

I left a Family Premium plan with my old apartment and want to join a new with my wife in our new house. However, I cannot join as I get a message that I cannot join as only every 12 months. I am quite sure I have joined the other plan way longer than 12 months ago - how can I see when I had joined the other plan and when the 12 months are done for me to join my new family premium?

You can check your inbox for emails from Spotify regarding your subscription, as they should contain exact dates. 🙂

 

If you can't find any, let me know and I'll see what else I can suggest.
