"Family" subscription for people living at same address

so the family subscription must be for those living at the same address

i do not understand how this works but iam interested in getting a family subscription for myself and 2 daughters. my daughters do not live together and i do not live with either of them so there seems little point in upgrading to family. however, i assume that the spotify police will not be camped outside my door trying to verify who lives at my residence so how do they enforce the "must live at same address" rule ?...is this a technical ruling or a social / moral ruling ?

All members of a Premium for Family must reside at the same physical address. We verify this at times by sending emails to the members to verify their physical address.
