Hesabımda öğrenci premium hesabı olduğu ve her ay 6,99 TL çekileceği yazıyor fakat banka hesabımdan en az 4 aydır 21 lira gibi bir rakam kesildiğini fark ettim. Bankada farklı bir rakam spotify hesabımda farklı bir rakam gözüküyor bunu nasıl düzeltebilirim?
