As a first step, can you try again in an incognito window, with a different device and/or a different internet connection? If the last two are not an option, try using a different browser instead.

I met with the same issue, and I tried what you said but it’s still not working. I even used the computer in our school but I just cannot check the box lol

Hey folks,

Is the option greyed out or just unresponsive? Make sure your browser isn't blocking third-party cookies & that Javascript is allowed in the settings. If you have any extensions running or you're using a VPN, check if disabling both temporarily helps. Testing with another browser is also worth a try.

Should the issue persist, could you share a screenshot of the page so we can have a direct look at what's happening on your end? Make sure to hide any sensitive/personal info such as your email, address, etc.
