My Question or Issue

My account was charged on the regular billing day for premium. However, it’s the same day my student status was supposed to be reverified. However I never received an email telling me to do so. If it’s not the practice that’s shady. Anyways I verified my student status and would like a refund of the current overpayment. 11.99-5.99=6usd 

 

For someone not earning that’s a lot. While that may not be a lot to you guys but you swindle us out of it monthly for a mediocre product that has barely updated itself in years so it must mean something. 

I do not want to pay full price this month and student starts next month.
