Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. One payment should go through for your Premium subscription to start.

 

If both payments get back to you, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

 

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
