I can't choose a plan after verification

After verifying my student ID when the application shows the option of.
Choosing a plan. I enter that page and I select , but it's not moving further

Mine too and they're ignoring this issue

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Are you getting any error messages when you select the Premium Student plan? Please send us a screenshot or a short video of how things look on your end.

 

Also, have you tried opening the link from the confirmation email in an incognito window or on a different device? What about a different internet connection?

Payment method is not showing / no action, when clicked on the one time and continuous payment card.

Hey @Eminent0,

 

Try using an incognito browser window or a different browser 🙂
In case things work well there, see if removing the cache & cookies of your main browser would solve the issue on it as well.
