I use the premium for student but suddenly it changes to individual

I use the premium for student in 2 years but suddenly it changes to individual without notification. How can I delete the individual and want my money back?

Eligible college/university students must renew every year to continue the Premium Student discount (for up to 4 years).

You should've received an email a few weeks before expiration, so if you think you didn't, I recommend checking your junk/spam folder 🙂

You can either renew from your account page or change to Premium Student again at https://spotify.com/student.
