It says i'm on student discount but still charged full price.

It says i'm on student discount but still charged full price.

I signed up for spotify student a month or so ago. I was originally charged 10$ so I thought nothing about it, but I got charged 10$ again! Why am I getting charged double? Every time I check the status of student it says I'm already on the student discount. Please help.

I have got the exact same problem ! Being premium for years, I signed up for the student discount before being charged in the beginning of September, then I have been charged of 10€ and thought: "meh, next month maybe?". On the 1st October I've been charged of 10€ once again, and everytime I try to verify my eligibility it says that my status is already verified too. I don't understand what is responsible for this. Does anyone could provide us an answer ?

I really wish there was a phone number to call or email address I can send an email to because this is currently not helping at all, and it really upsets me.
