My plan suddenly changed to premium family plan

Like I was listening to music and the notification says that I have switched to family.
When I try to switch to student at first it states that you are eligible but then at the payment section it says I’m not eligible

el dia 26 de junio en mipais colombia llego una promosion de 2 meses premium por 1900 yo la adquiri con targeta todo bien asta el moneto pero huy 30 de junio me gaecen un descuento de 26400 por que adquiri la cuenta familia premium.

donde no lo he hecho yo y no entiendo por que se hiso ese descuento puies ya tenia la anterior cuenta de premium yahora en mi celuar aparecomo con esa nueva cuenta de familiar muchas gracias quedo atento a su colaboracion.
