Spotify Premium for students (GERMANY)

Hey hey,

I'm tryinig to upgrade my Free Account to Premium Account for students (4,99€/Month). But when I try to register ( I'm living in Germany) and click on pay with a credit card, I became this error every single time. I'm trying to register already since 3 days and it still doesn't work.

I don't want to pay with PayPal or Klarna, I want to pay with my credit card.
Can you help me? What should I do?

Hey @skyseaside and welcome to the Community!

If you don’t want to try another payment system, then you should try to use an incognito tab and/or clear the cookies of your browser.

Moreover you should try to use another browser and device!
