Student Discount Verified but not working

My Question or Issue

 I have used Spotify premium with the student discount for one year total. I just verified my student status again, which worked, and it says that I already did it when I try to do that again. I used the right email and am verified for the discount.

Spotify is still charging me the full premium price, and says I have not verified for a student discount. What is happening?

First of all let's make sure that you did the verification for the correct account. You can check this article to see if you have multiple accounts. Also take a look at this too.
